Is it possible to sell/give you our clothes?
No, we only work with our professional partners in vintage. Because we want to sell only quality vintage pieces and also for logistical reasons.
Can I return an item?
Yes, if it has not been worn, we accept returns within 14 days. (Write us an email directly after receiving the package) see return conditions.
Are there any men's clothes?
Yes, most of the product categories are for men but worn by women. Feel free to write to us if you want more pictures/information. In store we also have a large selection For men.
When will I receive my order?
If you are in Switzerland, your package will arrive within 2 to 5 business days. You also have the option to pick up your order in store to avoid shipping costs. It will be ready within the day!
How much does delivery cost?
In Switzerland 6.95 chf and delivery is free from 100 chf of purchase!
It's also free if you come and pick up your order at the shop.
Is there a time limit for picking up my order?
No, you come whenever you want/can as soon as you have received the confirmation email telling you that your order is ready!
How do you set prices?
Depending on the condition, quality, material and rarity of the item. Prices are not negotiable.
Are there the same items online and in store?
No, they are two different selections. But it is obviously possible to try on the clothes we have on the site in the store (don't hesitate to ask us)
Are there often new things?
We add hundreds of new items to the store every week and add around 200 products online every month.
