Le jour où je suis venue récupérer ma commande je n’ai pas vérifié si celui ci était en bon état. Je comprend que c’est de la deuxième main, par ailleurs je m’attendais à acheter un article sans dégât et le foulard a des trous de partout. 2 heures après être passé en magasin, je suis arrivée à la maison et me suis rendue compte de ces nombreux défauts, qui n’étaient pas signalés. J’ai donc directement pris contact direct par email. Je n’ai jamais reçu une seule réponse de votre part ce qui est dommage. Je ne peux donc pas utiliser l’article que j’ai acheté vu l’état du tissu.
