We ship with Swiss Post, which, through its ProClimat label, prioritizes the use of electric vehicles whenever possible and offsets CO₂ emissions when not.

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to drop off your return in-store or send it to us by post, only after contacting us by email.

Orders are not refundable, except in the case of a defect not mentioned in the item's description.

If a return is accepted, we offer either:

• a gift voucher for the value of the item,
• or an in-store exchange

The initial shipping costs as well as the return costs are not refunded.

Unfortunately, no returns, exchanges, or gift vouchers can be accepted more than 14 days after receipt of the package.
