For Switzerland : 3 to 5 working days (free delivery from CHF 100 otherwise CHF 6.95)
For Metropolitan France and Belgium : 5 to 10 working days
For international (and France Overseas) : 10 to 15 working days
We ship everything from Switzerland, within 1-2 business days.
Delivery time may vary depending on location, shipping method and other factors.
We work with Swiss Post, which through their ProClimat label, commits to using electric vehicles when possible and if not, promises to offset CO2 on shipments.
Pick-up in store : the order will be ready within 1 to 2 days (free) at our shop in Lausanne (ch. de la Joliette 5, 1006 Lausanne opposite the Royal Savoy)

You have 14 days to come and drop off your return or send it to us by post (only after writing us an email).
We do not refund any order unless there is a defect not mentioned in the item description.
In case of an accepted return, we offer you a GIFT VOUCHER of the value of the item or an exchange in store if the size does not fit for example. We do not refund the delivery or the shipping costs for the return of the item.
